In 44.1 kHz Digital Input mode (DD44-44):
In 88.2 kHz A/D mode (AD_88.2):
In 176.4 kHz A/D mode (AD176.4):
Function button #1 selects STEREO, CH_1, or CH_2 control of either analog input level
(AD_GAIN) in A/D modes, or digital signal level (DSPGAIN) in Digital Input modes. AD_GAIN
adjusts the analog input signal level in the digital domain. Raising A/D gain 1 dB is
equivalent to raising the analog input level 1 dB. The A/D gain range is from 0 dB to + 3.1
dB in 0.05 dB steps. DSPGAIN adjusts digital signal level. The DSP gain range is from +6 dB
to -25.9 dB (+12 to -19.9 with Peak Extend), in 0.1 dB steps. The Rotary Control is used
to set both AD_GAIN and DSPGAIN.
Function button #2 (OUT1OFS) selects stereo control of the level of digital output 1 rela-
tive (offset) to digital output 2. The gain offset range is from + 6 dB to - 9.9 dB (+12 to -
3.9 dB with Peak Extend), in 0.1 dB steps. OUT1OFS is deleted if digital output 2 is set to
FOLW_1. In 88.2 kHz and 176.4 kHz Operating Modes, OUT1OFS is deleted.
Function button #3 (MONLVL) toggles between three monitor output level control selec-
tions; STEREO, CH_1, and CH_2. The Rotary Control is then used to set the monitor level.
For 44.1 kHz monitoring, MONLVL sets absolute output level with values ranging from +24
