  6. Adjustments: Temperature, air volume, and speed can be adjusted according to the film type and desired bag characteristics. Different films may require different parameters, and adjustments should be made based on actual conditions.

Safety Information and Attention Points:

  • Grounding: Proper grounding is crucial to prevent electric shock.
  • Authorized Personnel: Only authorized technicians or qualified maintenance personnel should open the machine cover for repairs.
  • Moving Parts: Keep fingers, hair, jewelry, and clothes away from the sealing roller and other moving parts when the machine is operating to prevent entanglement or scalding from high temperatures.
  • Film Usage: Only use inflatable bags as packing materials; do not use them as floats, pillows, or child toys. The weight of the film should not exceed 5KG.
  • Static Electricity: The machine generates static electricity, and the film itself may have static electricity. Operators should avoid wearing or dragging bare feet to prevent discomfort from static shock.
  • Environment: Do not use the machine in humid environments. The film works best within the specified temperature range; exceeding or falling below this range might cause the film to break.
  • Running Without Material: Do not run the machine without material.
  • Error Codes: The manual provides error codes (LLL for temperature sensor, H-1 for heating strip, H-2 for motor, H-3 for air producer, H-4 for temperature) and advises contacting an authorized distributor or technician if they appear.
  • Wiring Board: Using a wiring board may increase static electricity, potentially causing operational problems and discomfort.

Maintenance Features:

The manual outlines a preventive maintenance schedule:

  • Weekly Maintenance (Check & Clean):
    • Open the belt cover, blow off dust and fragments.
    • Check for any abnormal abrasion components.
  • Monthly Maintenance (Contact):
    • Arrange an on-site inspection.
    • Contact the authorized distributor or technical service representative to check the machine.
