What to do if Paingone Medical Equipment has no output?
    • V
      Valerie JonesAug 1, 2025
If your Paingone Medical Equipment has no output, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the device powers up using CR2032 button batteries. If the battery is low, replace it. Also, make sure the electrode pad is making good contact with your skin by pressing it firmly. If your skin is irritated, wipe it with a wet towel or alcohol and let it dry before use. Limit treatments to 15 minutes if you have been applying the treatment for too long. Clean the electrode pad if it's dirty. If the intensity is set too high, decrease it to a more comfortable level. If there may be an allergic reaction to the electrode pad, cease use of the device. If the buttons are not functioning correctly or the button is damaged, contact the point of purchase.
