Send meeting requests via: Specifies
the email account used to send meeting
requests.
4 Press OK .
Sending an appointment
1 Press Calendar .
2 Highlight the appointment you want to
send.
3 Select one of the following:
Beam an appointment to a nearby
device: Press Menu (right softkey) and
select Beam Appointment. Select the
receiving device.
Send a multimedia message
containing the appointment: Press
Menu (right softkey) and select Send as
vCalendar. Address the multimedia
message and press Send (left softkey).
Tasks
You can use Tasks to remind you of tasks
you need to complete and to keep a record
of completed tasks.
Adding a task
1 Press Start and select Programs.
2 Select Ta s k s .
3 Press Menu (right softkey) and select
New Ta s k .
4 Enter a description of the task in the
Subject field.
TIP
Not all icons appear in all Calendar views.
