The air fryer
will not turn on.
The air fryer is not properly
plugged in.
Ensure the power cord is plugged into the outlet firmly.
The outlet is not powered. Plug in another appliance to the same outlet to test the circuit. If still not
powered, contact a trained professional to examine the outlet.
Move the air fryer to another outlet.
The air fryer
is tripping the
GFCI outlet.
The base is wet from immersion
in water or from spraying water
directly at the bottom of the unit.
Let air fryer sit upright for 24 hours to allow bottom of the unit to drain excess
water.
Crumbs stuck
in door.
Crumbs may fall into the door
during normal use.
Remove the door from the cooled unit (see Cleaning section). Run water through the
the door to clear out the crumbs. Do not soak. Allow the door to sit for at least 24
hours or until fully dry before placing back on the air fryer.
Basket not
turning.
The Rotate button has not been
pressed.
Press Rotate button for all settings except Rotisserie setting.
The basket is not seated correctly
in the air fryer.
Push the basket to the left to make sure it’s seated correctly and engaged.
The basket is deformed. Contact customer service.
Steam
escaping
through door.
Some steam escaping is normal.
If steam seems excessive, check
the door seal.
If the door seal is out of place, readjust back into the seat/groove to ensure the
door closes.
If the problem persists or for any unresolved issues, stop using the product and call customer service for assistance.
