Note that the Windows password can be used instead of the password set in the Setup Utility. Ensure you have added a password. You can also set this up via Control Panel by navigating to [System and Security] - [Power Options] - [Require a password on wakeup] and adding a check mark for [Require a password]. Alternatively, go to [Control Panel] - [System and Security] - [Power Option] - [Require a password when the computer wakes] and add a check mark for [Require a password].
