The average battery
life is about 6
months at normaltemperature.
1. Remove the cover by
pressing
on the cover
gently
and slide
it
out-
ward.
2. Replace
the batteries. Observe
correct
polarity
and
inside
the
battery
compartment.
3. Slide
the cover
inward until
you
hear
a
"click".

lmproper use of batteries
may
cause
leakage and
the Wireless
Remote Controller
will
be
damaged.
Please observe
the following
notes to obtain
proper
performance.

Replace
the old batteries
with new ones.
Do not
use
old and
new batteries
together.
o
Do not use different
kind
of batteries.
For
example,
do
not
use
regular battery
and
"Alkaline"
battery
to-
gether.
o
Old
batteries should
be thrown
out immediately.
o
Do not disassemble
or short the
batteries.
Do not throw the batteries
into the
fireplace.

the direct-output
selection switch

the
"ON"
position,
allowing
you
to bypass
the
audio
control
function in the unit.
Note:
This function
is applicable only
when
the
DSP controller
(CY-DA2000/3000EU) is
connect-
ed with
the
unit.
Selecting
the switch
to
"ON"
will
disable
the unit's
control
of
VOLUME,
SELECT,
ATT/LOUD.
Therefore,
the unit
must be set at
the
"OFF"
posi-
tion
when it
is not
connected
with CY-DA2000
/3000EU.
