Disassembly Instructions:
- Cover Hinge Top (NR-AH146R / NR-AH186R / NR-AH186D / NR-AH186H): Remove by inserting a screwdriver into a small gap between the cover hinge top and the body, then lifting slowly by hand.
- Top Table (NR-AH186G / NR-AH186P): Remove screws from hanger shells, open the door, pull back the top panel to unlock from the hook, then lift and push forward to unlock from the grill button.
- Hinge Top: Remove screws using a boltdriver. Lift the hinge until the hook is loose from the hole in the door assembly. Re-tighten screws with a torque of 40 ~ 100 kgf after repair.
Safety Cautions for Repairing:
- Warning:
- Always unplug the supply cord before repairing.
- Use only authentic parts for replacement.
- Ensure ventilation during brazing to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning.
- Be aware that refrigerant touching fire can produce poisonous gas.
- Avoid touching electrical terminals when checking voltage; wait at least 3 minutes for capacitor discharge before replacing parts.
- After repair, check screws, parts, lead wires, insulation resistance (supply plug and earth), supply cord and plug condition, and clean dust from the plug. Seal electric devices carefully.
- Caution:
- Watch out for hot parts (compressor, pipes, heater) during and after operation to avoid burns.
- Do not touch liquid refrigerant to prevent burns.
- Be careful of sharp edges on parts to avoid cuts.
- Avoid touching evaporator and condenser fins to prevent cuts.
- Adjust the bolt before transportation to prevent floor damage.
- Do not touch pipes immediately after brazing to avoid burns.
