Displays selected position
Displays the intensity of the "AIR"
The "SOLE HEAT" massage will be
enabled and the corresponding light
will remain lit
Displays the time remaining
Clamp the
lower legs
from their
two sides and
backs and
squeeze them.
Clamp the shoulder and the upper arms
sidelong and squeeze and knead them.
Clamp the lower back sidelong and impose pressure
on the buttocks along the down-up direction.
Wrap the ankles and squeeze them.
Fix the shoulders from the sides and push
the back forward through the massage heads
to stretch the muscles close to the scapula
and the chest.
Stretch the lower back through the massage heads, x the
lower body through the airbags close to the upper legs,
the lower legs, and the feet and drive the leg/foot massage
section to move up and down, thus stretching the feet.

Due to the specic body height, contact between the
knees and the seat surface is possibly poor in leg stretch.
Clamp the parts between the arms and the
wrists along the up-down direction.
