Example: To set Department Counter Mode
To utilize Department Counter, Set the F5-42 as “2” (Department counter)
To display all department count
Continue from steps indicated above
7 Press Print key
8 All department counter indicated
To display individual department count
Continue from steps indicated above
7 Enter “1” using multi-copy keys, then
press Print key
8 Enter the department code No. using
multi-copy keys.
FP-7718/7722 : 001~050
FP-7722/7728 : 001~100
9 Press “Department Counter key”.
AT Selected department count to
be lndicated.
To clear all department count
Indicate all department count. (refer to
step 1 to 8)
Display of the count (Ex: 1 2 3 4 5 6)
For 7718/7722
123 % (Upper 3 digit)
Press “department Counter key”
456 mm (Lower 3 digit)
For 7722/7728
A number of count will be indicated at
message-display.
