SSD Pack
Inserting/Removing the SSD Pack
You can replace the SSD Pack.
IMPORTANT
n Back up allthe important data before removing the SSD Pack.
n If you need to read the SSD Pack data on another computer for repair or any other purpose, set [Hard DiskLock] to [Disabled] in the [Security]
menu of the Setup Utility before removing the SSD Pack.
n Carefully remove/insert the SSD Pack since the SSD Pack is extremely sensitive to shock. Note that static electricity may affect some internal com-
ponents.
1. Turn off the computer.
Do not use sleep or hibernation.
Perform the following steps to turn off the computer.
1.
Click (Start) - (Settings) - [Update & Security] - [Recovery].
2. Click [Restart now] under Advanced startup”.
3. Click [Turn off your PC].

Disconnect the AC adaptor, remove the battery pack. ( Replacing the Battery Pack)
<When using second battery pack>
Remove the second battery pack. ( Replacing the Battery Pack)
3. Insert/Remove the SSD Pack.
To remove <SSD pack (FZ-VSDR55)>
1. While sliding the latch (A), lift the SSD Pack (B) and slide it out of the slot.
To remove <SSD Pack(FZ-VSD551)>
1. While sliding the latch (C), pullout the SSD Pack(D).
To insert <SSD pack(FZ-VSDR55)>
