To listen to messages in another memory after playback
1. Press J and @ (for common memory), then enter the remote operation ID.
or
Press J and the desired mailbox number (A, B or C), then enter the mailbox password during the
mailbox greeting message.
2. Press D or E to play back messages.

Call your unit.

Enter the remote operation ID during the ANS/FAX
greeting playback.
—The voice guide will tell you the number of new
recorded messages.

Press D to listen to the new recorded messages.
OR
Press E or wait for 4 seconds to listen to all of the
recorded messages.
—The voice guide will tell you how to operate the
unit during playback.
