Power on.

of SRV-VLED1(pin17-28 of PB1)
and SRV-VLED2 (pin17-28 of
PB2) before LED 1 blink?
NG
(Power off) Disconnect
PB1 and PB2 connector.
Short check between SRV-
VLED1, VLED2 and GND
Shorted
