If the Panasonic Storage SuperDisk drive isn't working and the Busy Indicator is off, first, check that the connection between the SuperDisk drive and your computer is correctly set. Next, verify that the Device Driver installation is complete. Also, confirm that the setting drive select switch is correct. Ensure that you've inserted the disk with the label side up and the shutter side head. Finally, make sure no foreign objects are inserted into the drive.
