About aperture value
To record motion pictures with a sharp focus on both subject and background, set the aperture
value to a higher number. To record motion pictures with a defocused background, set a lower
number.
About the shutter speed
To record a sharp motion picture of a fast-moving subject, set a faster shutter speed. To record
a motion picture with a trailing effect for a subject’s movements, set a slower shutter speed.
When you manually set a faster shutter speed, the screen noise may increase due to the higher
sensitivity.
When you record a subject in an extremely bright place or under fluorescent or LED lighting
fixtures, etc., the colors and screen brightness may change or horizontal striping may appear on
the screen. If this happens, we recommend changing the Recording mode or manually adjusting
the shutter speed to 1/60 seconds or 1/100 seconds.
