Ensure both the inner and outer doors are closed firmly. Remove any frost or ice that might be preventing a proper door seal. Clear the air intake vent and clean the condenser filter if it's clogged. Make sure the set temperature is inputted correctly. Also, move the freezer away from direct sunlight and remove any nearby heating sources. Verify that the rubber cap and insulation for the access port are set correctly, and avoid overloading the chamber with too many unfrozen items.

  If the back-up test switch on your Panasonic Freezer isn't working correctly (assuming a backup cooling kit is provided), check the following: The liquid CO cylinder might be empty, so replace or refill it. Also, ensure that the valve of the liquid CO cylinder is open. Finally, if the ambient temperature is too high, move the tank to a cooler location.
