GUIDELINES
FOR
ROASTING
For
basic
roasts
of
meat
place
the
joint
onto
the
rack
of
a
microwave
roasting
set
and
cover
with
microwave
cling
film,
a
roasting
bag
or
a
dome
lid.
An
upturned
saucer
in
a
dish
can
be
used
if
a
rack
is
not
available
to
lift
the
joints
out
of
their
juices.
Some
small
cuts
can
be
cooked
by
microwave
although
due
to
the
short
cooking
times
and
no
heat
source,
they
will
not
crisp
or
brown.
They
should
always
be
cooked
on
a
microwave
rack
to
lift
them
out
of
their
juices.
