Dough Rise

For proving bread dough. Prepare the
bread dough as recipes pages 63, 73-
74, in cook book. Place on enamel shelf
in lower shelf position. Select program
number 17, Bread Dough Rise. Touch
Start/Conrmation to start the program.
18. Melt
Butter
50 g -
300 g
For melting butter. Cube the butter
and place in a Pyrex
®
dish. Cover with
cling lm. Pierce cling lm with a sharp
knife once in the centre and four times
around the edge. Place dish on base
of oven. Select program number 18,
Melt Butter. Touch Start/Conrmation to
conrm the program. Select the weight
and touch Start /Conrmation. Stir at
beeps two thirds during melting and
again at end of melting.
19. Melt
Chocolate
50 g -
300 g
For melting milk or dark chocolate
with cocoa solids content up to 50%.
This program is not suitable for white
chocolate or chocolate with cocoa solids
over 50%. Place in a Pyrex
®
dish on
the base of the oven. Select program
number 19, Melt Chocolate.Touch Start/
Conrmation to conrm the program.
Select the weight and touch Start/
Conrmation. Stir at beeps halfway
during melting and again at end of
melting.
20. Chilled
Pizza
250 g -
500 g
For reheating and browning pre-
purchased chilled pizza. Remove all
packaging and place the pizza directly
on the wire shelf in the middle shelf
position. Select program number 20,
Chilled Pizza. Touch Start/Conrmation
to conrm the program. Select the
weight of the food and touch Start/
Conrmation. This program is not
suitable for deep pan pizzas.
21. Frozen
Pizza
200 g -
430 g
For reheating and browning pre-
purchased frozen pizza. Remove all
packaging and place the pizza directly
on the wire shelf in the middle shelf
position. Select program number 21,
Frozen Pizza. Touch Start/Conrmation
to conrm the program. Select the
weight of the food and touch Start/
Conrmation. This program is not
suitable for deep pan pizzas.
