● Dual Check Valve must be installed to prevent backflow.
● The new tubing supplied with the refrigerator is to be used, old tubing from old
water and ice connections should not be used.
● Ensure the Tube Inlet is correctly connected to the Dual Check Valve.
● A licensed plumber installs a new water supply outlet nearer to the appliance
should the tubing supplied not be long enough.
It is not recommended that the tubing be extended as this could adversely
a󰀨ect the flow of water to the ice maker or Water Dispenser.
● An isolator ball valve be installed by a licenced plumber for water pressure
adjustment and water supply shut o󰀨 to the refrigerator.
● A noise reduction valve also be tted in the water supply line. This will reduce
water hammer and its e󰀨ects from quick action household taps and fast acting
valves on appliances.
● Panasonic does not accept for damage, including water damage caused by
faulty installation or plumbing.
