You can

zoom in for

ups
or zoom out
for
wide angle
shots.
The
zooming
speed
ranges from a slow
speed of 16
seconds
to a fast
2
seconds
according
to
the
pressure
applied
to the
zoom buttons.
Before
you begin...
*
Connect the Camcorder to
a power
source.
•
Set
the
POWER
switch to CAMERA.
Zoom In ("T")
Zoom Out ("W")
Zoom slowly by lightly pressing the
T
(Telephoto) or
the "W (Wide Angle)
side
of the POWER
ZOOM switch.
Zoom quickly by applying
more
pressure.
•
The
magnification
level is displayed
in
the
EVF.
Backlight
Use
when recording
a
subject
that is
darker
than
the surrounding
scene,
in a
shadowed area
or
when the
light
source
is
in back of
your
subject.
Before you begin...
•
Connect the Camcorder to a
power source.
•
Set
the
POWER
switch
to
CAMERA.
Press the BACKLIGHT
button while
recording.
When lighting
conditions return
to normal,
press the BACKLIGHT button
again
to
disengage.
Indication appears in the
EVF.
