The widest color band must be read first for
value.
(a) RESISTOR
There are two types (ERD10LLJ... and ERD10TLJ...) of
chip parts.
1) ERD10LLJ : Refer to above type.
2) ERD10TLJ : The narrow color band must be read
first for value.
If this part is included in the parts list, be sure that the
color band is read properly when servicing.
(b) CAPACITOR
Because of the width of the color bands, the reading
direction cannot be specified. However, the color band
can be read on either side. Be sure to confirm the value
using the schematic diagram.
CAUTION :
Once chip parts are removed, they must not be reused.
Always use a new part when installing a chip part.
