standard
conditions
are
obtained
by
wiping
off
the
stains
completely.
Strong

Abnormal
tension

sometimes
be
applied
to
the
tape
if
the
brake
fails
in
timing.
It
is,
of
cource,
necessary
to
provide
sufficient
brake
power
to
stop
the
tape,
but
it
is
all
the
more
necessary
to
pay
attention
to
the
timing.

mode,
pull
it
and
read
the
average
value
for
a
turn
of
the
Reel.

Brake
power
differs
according
to
the
reel
table
rotating
direction,
viz.,
either
clockwise
or
counter-clockwise.
Therefore,
the
measurement
should
be
taken
in
both
cases.
