Before use
• Electrical appliances with control panels at the same height as
the main unit
Items that may operate incorrectly
if hit by the main unit
• Furniture such as coat stands or electrical appliances such as fans
that the main unit may get stuck on
Items that the main unit may climb on and damage
• Burning items such as cigarettes, incense,
and candles
• Small items that can be sucked up easily
• Coins
• Pet excrement and liquid
• Fragile items on the floor such as glass and
pottery
• Adhesive items (insect catcher sheets, etc.)
• Solid items made of metal, plastic, etc.
• Precious metals such as accessories
• Pebbles
Items that may accidentally be sucked
Items that may damage the fl oor, etc.
Getting the room ready
• Carpets with threads longer than 2 cm
• Carpets, rugs, or mats made from thin, soft materials
• Mirrored surfaces (Glass, mirror, marble, etc.) and dark-colored carpets or floors
(To prevent damage to the carpets or floor surface, or malfunction/failure of the
main unit)
• Spaces narrower than 28 cm
• Level difference of approx. 2 cm or more (depending on conditions, the unit may
be unable to climb over a level difference of less than 2 cm)
(This can cause the main unit to stop while moving or get stuck while trying to
climb over a level difference)
You cannot use the unit to clean the following places
( The unit may get tangled up or stop running properly)
If you have items listed on the right inside the room,
do one of the following to ensure smooth operation.
These items may cause the main unit to stop operating,
become tangled with the mat/carpet or damage the furniture
