The side brush comes off

The side brush stop turning or turn with difficulty
● Is a foreign object such as cotton waste or hair tangled in the rotating brush or
side brush? (P.EN20, P.EN22)
● You cannot use the main unit on floor coverings (e.g. carpets) with threads
longer than 2 cm.
Furthermore, even when the threads are shorter than 2 cm, depending on the
material that the threads are made from, the threads may get tangled in the side
brush.
Does not work
● Is flashing?

→Place the main unit on the charging base
The speed changes
● The main unit reduce its speed when the sensors detect obstacles or when the
unit is changing direction. This is normal.
The unit doesn’t go straight
● Is a foreign object jammed in the wheels or roller?

● Are the ultrasonic/infrared sensor or the roller (with built-in drive sensor) dirty?

The main unit suddenly starts operating without my interaction

● Is the main unit stopped on a dark-colored carpet or floor? (P.EN10)
