Notice
• The use of a USB hub is not recommended. We
cannot guarantee that the unit will work properly.
• Do not connect two or more Panasonic electronic
boards to a computer. It may cause the computer
operation to become unstable.
■ Scanning to a computer
1 Press the Copy Key .
• The unit starts scanning and “ ” will flash in
the Display Window. “ ” will be displayed
when scanning is finished, and then change
to “ ”.
Notice
• Do not remove the USB cable until the
scanned image file has been completed
copied to the computer.
The scanned image files will be deleted if the
USB cable is removed.
2 Open the Removable Disk displayed
on the computer screen, and click
[Refresh] from the [View] in the
Windows Explorer window.
• With Windows XP, the scanned image file will
be displayed.
• With Windows Vista, Windows 7 and
Windows 8, click on the [Refresh] button.
3 Copy the image file in the
Removable Disk onto the
computer’s desktop or into a folder.
• It is possible to save a maximum of 10
scanned image files to the electronic board’s
removable disk.
If an 11th image file is scanned with the
electronic board, the first image file will be
deleted.
4 After opening and checking the
scanned image files on the
computer screen, erase the screen
film surface using the eraser.
• Follow the procedure below for removing a
USB cable connected to a computer.
1 Right-click the icon for safely removing
the hardware in the taskbar notification
area in the bottom-right corner of the
display, and then click the Safely
Remove menu.
2 When the list of devices is displayed,
click on the device to be removed, click
the [Stop] button, and then click [OK]
on the displayed window.
3 Close the window.
4 Remove the USB cable connected to
the computer from the electronic board.
