12. What kinds of paper can I use in my printer?

13. Why the printer could not feed paper successfully?
There are three possible reasons as below:
a. There is too much paper in the tray:
Remove excess paper from the tray.
b. The print media is loaded incorrectly:
Please correctly load the print media.
c. The print media is beyond the usage specification range.
Please use the print media within the specification range.
