We advise you to read this instruction manual carefully, before using the
machine and to observe all safety precautions and measures to avoid possible
accidents.
For reasons of safety, the persons who have not read the instructions must not use the pump.
Do not use the power cable for transporting or moving the pump, always use the pump handle for all
movements.
2. USE SECTORS
Self-priming pumps are recommended for outdoor irrigation of gardens.
3. GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The pump you have bought is designed for transporting water at a maximum temperature of
35° C.
This pump can only be used with water. Using this pump with liquids other than water is
absolutely forbidden. In particular, it must not be used with fuels, inflammable liquids,
detergents and any other chemical product.
If the power cable or plug are damaged, do not repair the cable, but replace it with a new one.
This job must be carried out by a specialised electrician.
Before running your new self-priming pump, have the following checked by an expert:
• Earth connection
• Earthing of the neutral wire.
• Safety switch for fault currents, to make sure that it conforms with the safety regulations of the electric
energy supply company and operates perfectly.
• The tripping electrical connections must be protected against humidity.
• If there is a danger of the water overflowing, locate the tripping connections in a place where water
cannot reach
