The 80” cable must be connected across both batteries, and not just one. The easiest
way to check, is to trace the wires and find the single wire (shown in red on picture) that
connects the 2 batteries together. No other wires should be connected to these 2
terminals. If you are unsure about this connection, please call our technical support
phone number. If the 80” cable is not connected properly, it can cause a short-circuit
and serious damage to the trailer and Parkit 360 Trailer Dolly.
