Why my PARKZONE ICONA5 Toy aircraft will not Bind (during binding) to transmitter?
    • J
      Jill RobinsonAug 16, 2025
If your PARKZONE Toy aircraft won't bind to the transmitter, it might be because the transmitter is too close to the aircraft during the binding process; move the transmitter a few feet away, disconnect, and then reconnect the flight battery to the aircraft. Another reason could be interference from large metal objects; move both the aircraft and transmitter away from them. Also, ensure the bind plug is correctly installed in the bind port to properly bind the aircraft to the transmitter. Finally, check the battery levels in both the flight battery and the transmitter; replace or recharge them if they're low.

What to do if the PARKZONE Toy aircraft will not respond to throttle but responds to other controls?
    • P
      Patrick BridgesAug 20, 2025
If your PARKZONE Toy aircraft isn't responding to the throttle but responds to other controls, it might be because the throttle isn't at idle or the throttle trim is too high; reset the controls with the throttle stick and throttle trim at the lowest setting. Also, ensure that the throttle servo travel is at least 100%. Lastly, check if the throttle channel is reversed and, if so, reverse it on the transmitter.

Why PARKZONE Toy control surface does not move?
    • C
      cathy88Aug 23, 2025
If a control surface on your PARKZONE Toy isn't moving, there could be several reasons. Check for any damage to the control surface, control horn, linkage, or servo, and replace or repair any damaged parts, adjusting the controls as needed. Inspect the wires and connections for damage or looseness, connecting or replacing them as necessary. Also, ensure the transmitter is bound correctly and that the correct model is selected. Finally, the BEC (Battery Elimination Circuit) of the ESC could be damaged, requiring you to replace the ESC.

Why PARKZONE Toy has reduced flight time or aircraft is underpowered?
    • V
      Virginia JonesAug 27, 2025
If your PARKZONE Toy has reduced flight time or seems underpowered, the flight battery charge may be low, so completely recharge it. Ensure the propeller is installed correctly, with the side showing the numbers facing the nose of the airplane. The flight battery might be damaged, in which case you should replace it, following the battery instructions. Also, cold flight conditions can affect battery performance, so ensure the battery is warm before use.

How to fix extra propeller noise or extra vibration in PARKZONE ICONA5?
    • B
      Brandon VaughanAug 31, 2025
If you notice extra propeller noise or vibration in your PARKZONE Toy, it could be due to a damaged propeller, spinner, collet, or motor; replace any damaged parts. Alternatively, the propeller might be out of balance; try balancing or replacing it.

What to do if motor power pulses then motor loses power in PARKZONE ICONA5?
    • M
      Margaret FrederickSep 4, 2025
If the motor power pulses and then loses power in your PARKZONE Toy, the ESC might be using a default soft Low Voltage Cutoff (LVC). Try recharging the flight battery or replacing it if it's no longer performing well. Cold weather conditions could also be a factor, so postpone the flight until the weather is warmer. The battery might also be old, worn out, or damaged, requiring replacement. Lastly, the battery C rating might be too small; use the recommended 25C battery.

Why are the controls reversed on my PARKZONE Toy?
    • W
      William QuinnSep 8, 2025
If the controls on your PARKZONE Toy are reversed, the transmitter settings might be reversed. Perform the Control Direction Test and adjust the controls on the transmitter appropriately.

What to do if my PARKZONE Toy aircraft will not link (after binding) to the transmitter?
    • S
      Sandy MontgomeryNov 11, 2025
If your PARKZONE Toy aircraft won't link to the transmitter after binding, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure the transmitter isn't too close to the aircraft during the linking process; move it a few feet away, then disconnect and reconnect the flight battery. Also, check that neither the aircraft nor the transmitter is near any large metal objects. Remove the bind plug before cycling the power. If you're using a ModelMatch™ radio, verify that you've selected the correct model memory on the transmitter. Low battery charge in either the flight battery or the transmitter can also cause this issue; try replacing or recharging the batteries. Finally, the transmitter may have been bound to a different model using a different DSM Protocol; in this case, bind the aircraft to the tr...
