  If the LED on the receiver flashes rapidly and the PARKZONE Toy aircraft won't respond after binding, first, ensure at least 5 seconds passed between powering on the transmitter and connecting the flight battery to the aircraft. If not, leave the transmitter on, and disconnect then reconnect the flight battery. Also, if using a ModelMatchTM radio, confirm the correct model memory is selected. Low battery charge in either the flight or transmitter battery can also cause this, so recharge or replace them. Ensure that the transmitter is bound to the correct model and DSM Protocol. Finally, move the aircraft and transmitter away from any large metal objects, wireless sources, or other transmitters.
