We, Husqvarna AB, SE-561 82 Huskvarna, Sweden, tel: +46--36--146500, as authorised
representativeinthe Community, declare that the chain saw for forestservice models Partner
P33XT, P351XT, P4-18XT et P4 -20XT CSI--- A Vwith serial numbers dating from 2009 and onwards (the year is clearly stated
on the rating plate, followed by the serial number), comply with the requirements of the
COUNCIL’S DIRECTIVES:
of 17 May 2006 “relating to machinery” 2006/42/EC, annex IIA;
of 15 December 2004 “relating to electromagnetic compatibility” 2004/108/EC, and applicable
supplements; and
of 8 May 2000 “relating to the noise emissions in the environment” in accordance with Annex
Vof2000/14/EC. For information relating to noise emissions, see Technical data section.
The following standards have been applied: EN ISO 12100-1/A1:2009, EN ISO
12100-2/A1:2009, CISPR 12:2007, EN ISO 11681-1:2008.
Notified body, 0404, SMP, The Swedish Machinery Testing Institute, Fyrisborgsgatan 3
S--754 50 Uppsala, Sweden, has carried out EC type examination in accordance with the
machinery directive’s (2006/42/EC) article 12, point 3b. The certificates for EC type
examination in accordance with annex IX, have the numbers: 0404/09/2037.
The supplied chain saw conforms to the example that underwent EC type examination.
