It might be due to incorrect pump pressure, or a dirty air output, air intake, or lint filter. Other potential causes include a dirty fuel filter, dirt in the nozzle, or a dirty photocell lens. Ensure the photocell assembly is correctly installed so it can detect the flame. A faulty electrical connection between the photocell and the MAIN PCB assembly, or a defective photocell, could also be responsible.

To resolve this, switch the power to "OFF" and allow the heater to cool down for about 10 minutes. A blown fuse could also be the culprit, so replace the safety fuse on the PCB board if necessary. Lastly, check the electrical connections between the temperature limit safety device and the PCB board.
