Why does my PASECO IH75000 Heater shut off after a short time with E1 error?
    • M
      Martha MullinsAug 7, 2025
If your PASECO Heater ignites but the MAIN PCB assembly shuts it off shortly after, and the indicator lamp flickers with an "E1" display, several factors could be at play. It might be due to incorrect pump pressure, or a dirty air output, air intake, or lint filter. Other potential causes include a dirty fuel filter, dirt in the nozzle, or a dirty photocell lens. Ensure the photocell assembly is correctly installed so it can detect the flame. A faulty electrical connection between the photocell and the MAIN PCB assembly, or a defective photocell, could also be responsible.

What to do if my PASECO Heater will not turn on?
    • A
      Andrea SmithAug 14, 2025
If your PASECO Heater isn't turning on, indicated by the indicator lamp being off, the temperature limit safety device might be overheated. To resolve this, switch the power to "OFF" and allow the heater to cool down for about 10 minutes. Also, ensure the heater cord and any extension cords are properly plugged in and that the power supply is working. A blown fuse could also be the culprit, so replace the safety fuse on the PCB board if necessary. Lastly, check the electrical connections between the temperature limit safety device and the PCB board.

Why won't my PASECO IH75000 ignite with E1 error?
    • T
      Tina JonesAug 22, 2025
If your PASECO Heater motor runs briefly but doesn't ignite, accompanied by a flickering indicator lamp and an "E1" display, there are several possible reasons. The fuel tank might be empty, so start by filling it with kerosene or diesel. Incorrect pump pressure, carbon deposits on the spark plug (or an improper gap), a dirty fuel filter, or dirt in the nozzle could also be responsible. Another cause might be water in the fuel tank, which would require flushing the tank with clean kerosene or diesel. Finally, check for a bad electrical connection between the ignitor and the MAIN PCB assembly, and ensure the ignitor wire is properly attached to the spark plug.

How to fix a PASECO Heater when the fan won't turn on?
    • E
      Emma PerryAug 29, 2025
If the fan in your PASECO Heater isn't running when plugged in and the power switch is on, but the indicator lamp is on or flickering, the thermostat setting might be too low. Try turning the thermostat control knob to a higher setting. Another potential cause is a bad electrical connection between the motor and the MAIN PCB assembly.
