The dry running guard has tripped, it is no longer possible to draw
in the transport fl uid. Find the cause of the fault using the pump’s
operating manual (for example leaking intake line) and rectify it. Then
restart the pump by pressing the Reset button (Fig. 2 / Item 9) on the
fl ow switch.
7. Replacing the power cable
Danger!
If the power cable for this equipment is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its after-sales service or similarly trained per-
sonnel to avoid danger.
8. Maintenance
The fl ow switch requires no maintenance. The only requirement is for
regular checks on the screw connections and line to ensure that they
are correctly positioned, secure and not leaking so that error sources
can be identifi ed and rectifi ed as soon as possible.
