What to do if measured value doesn’t appear to be correct on Peak Measuring Instruments?
    • K
      Kathryn CooperJul 28, 2025
If the measured value on your Peak Measuring Instruments doesn't seem right, ensure the probes are securely connected to the component throughout the test. Also, verify that the component under test isn't connected to anything else and that you're not touching the connections. The component value might be outside the measurable range, or its design frequency may not match the test frequencies of the Atlas LCR.

Why calibration date is approaching or has past on Peak Atlas LCR40 Measuring Instruments?
    • T
      Tina BurchAug 2, 2025
Don't be concerned if the calibration date for your Peak Atlas LCR Measuring Instruments is near or has passed. The device will continue to function normally. The date serves merely as a recommendation.

Why do measured values vary slightly between tests on Peak Atlas LCR40 Measuring Instruments?
    • C
      chancarlosAug 9, 2025
Small variations within the quoted measurement resolutions are normal. The displayed resolution is higher than the measurement resolution to avoid rounding errors.
