Troubleshooting
If there are any problems during operation, please refer to the following table. If problems cannot be
solved as indicated under Solution, please contact your manufacturer.

• Check the power indicator at the back,
if the light is on, check the signal input; if
the light is o, check the power supply
Dim image • Brightness and contrast too low • Adjust the brightness and contrast
No Sound • Headphone/ Speaker not

• Computer audio setting wrong
• Check the connection of head phone/
speaker
• Check the audio setting of computer
Wrong or abnormal
colors
• Loose or broken pins in the cable
connector
• Check the D-Sub or HDMI or DP cable
to make sure it is in good condition and
securely connected
