Installing your child restraint in the vehicle - Rear Facing mode
IMPORTANT NOTE
: Unless where
specied dierently, lower anchors (UAS)
may be used for a child whose weight is less
than 18 kg (40 lbs). However most car lower
anchors can withstand much greater forces.
Please, check your vehicle owner’s manual
or contact the vehicle manufacturer in order
to determine what the weight limit is for
the use of lower anchors. When the weight
of occupant is beyond these limits, vehicle
seatbelt must be used to install the child
restraint properly and securely.
