DESCRIPTION
The Expert nano model 200NANO4CK is an electronic regulator
operating with microprocessor designed to control refrigerated
counters, display windows and static or ventilated refrigeration
units with off-cycle or electrical defrosting also in real time clock
(RTC). It is fitted with two analogue inputs for NTC temperature
probes, one digital input, three relays for the control of the
compressor, fans and defrosting function (the defrosting relay
can be configured as the light command or alarm relay) and
buzzer. The fourth relay can be set as alarm relay, simultaneously
to the compressor output, as room light or as cold function for
pump down operation. The regulator can be also configured for
heat applications.
PRINCIPAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Can be configured for hot or cold applications.
• Relay for compressor and evaporator fan management (2 non
configurable relays) and defrosting resistances, alarm, pump down
start, room light and compressor output (2 configurable relays).
• Clock for programmed defrosts (RTC), up to 6 starts in 24h.
• Defrosting can be configured for off-cycle, heating element or cycle
inversion and frequency and duration can be set. End-of- defrosting
can be based on time or temperature.
• Key operated manual START/STOP defrosting.
• Key operated ON/OFF.
• Cold room light ON/OFF switch with key or by means of door
switch (if defrost output is configured like cold room light).
• Display/adjustment of temperature with decimal point.
• Flat front surface for easy cleaning and keys of ample dimensions
which can be customised with various colours (on request).
• 3-Digit LED display with sign, decimal point and system status icon.
Internal buzzer for acoustic signals.
• PEGO programming philosophy guaranteeing immediate start-up.
• RS485 serial connection with Modbus-RTU or Telenet protocol.
• IP65 front protection. Two-fold fastening option: clips / screws.
• Voltage and terminal type depending on model.
• HACCP function for memorization and visualization of the last
temperature alarm

Press the SET key to view the current SETPOINT value
(temperature).
Keeping the SET key down and pressing either the (t) or (u
key, the SETPOINT value can be changed.
Release the SET key to return to view the room temperature;
the changes made will be automatically saved.

accessed, a BIP is generated to confirm. The system leaves the
menu after 30 seconds.

Increases values / Scrolls parameters in ascending

Acknowledges an alarm. With variable dO2=1 if
pressed for over 3 sec, activates/deactivates room
light (DO2 output). With manual activation/
deactivation of the light a BIP is generated to confirm.
Decreases values / Scrolls parameters in descending
order / If pressed for over 3 sec. activates manual
defrosting (if suitable conditions are present).
Terminates defrosting if pressed for over 3 sec. during
the defrosting process. With manual activation/
deactivation of defrosting a BIP is generated to

If pressed for over 1 sec. alternates the Stand-By with
normal mode and vice versa. When mode is
alternated a BIP is generated to confirm. In Stand-By
mode the system stops and the display signals OFF
and the temperature alternating.
Displays the set point.
Allows the set point to be entered when pressed in
combination with the DOWN or UP keys. Resets the
acoustic alarm if present.
