FAULTS
Attention!
Before carrying out any work on the device, the mains power supply must be disconnected on all poles and meas-
ures taken to ensure it cannot be inadvertently reconnected.
Warning!
Improper working procedures on live components can cause an electric shock!
Death or serious injury from electric shock!
Work on live components must only be carried out by a qualied electrician.
Warning!
Surface of the submersible pump can be hot!
Minor or severe injuries due to heat!
Wear gloves and touch the submersible pump cautiously.
Fault Cause Action
Pump does not pump in automatic mode
/ during peak load operation (high water);
no fault is displayed.
On-site fuse / FI switch tripped or faulty Check on-site fuse / FI switch
Inform JUNG PUMPEN customer service in the
event of repeated tripping.
The motor protection of the pump has
been triggered
Check whether the pump housing has heated up
Let the pump cool down
“Fault” indicator
Float switch of one or both pumps
blocked
Check oat switch
Unblock oat switch till it moves freely
Insucient current consumption, or
none at all, by one or both pumps
The power consumption of the connected pump
must be at least 320W.
Plug the pump directly into a power socket to
test the switching function.
“High water” indicator
Water level in the collecting
chamber too high
Pump delivery too low Clean collecting chamber and pumps
Inow too high Reduce inow if possible
On-site fuse/FI switch tripped or faulty Check on-site fuse/FI switch
Inform JUNG PUMPEN customer service in the
event of repeated tripping.
Mains voltage has failed
Note!
In the case of a mains-independent high water alarm, the alarm buzzer can be muted by pressing the “acknowledge” button.
DISMANTLING/DISPOSAL
When disposing of the device, relevant national disposal
regulations must be observed.
