two
alkaline
(JIS
LR44)
or

silver-oxide
(JIS
SR44)
or
equivalent
batteries.
1.
To
remove
the
battery
chamber
cover
inside
the back
cover,
push
it
rather
sharply
in
the
direction
of the
arrow.
Never
pull
or
bend
the roller
to
avoid
any
trouble.

Insert
the batteries
correctly.

Replace
the
battery
chamber
cover
by
first
fitting
the
cover
tab
into
the notch
and
pushing
it
in
the
direction
of
the
arrow.

unit

not
in
use
for
a
long
time,
remove
the
batteries
from
the chamber
and
keep
them
beyond
the
reach
of small
children.
