4.2 Device Coding
The isolated barriers are factory coded depending on their function. The coding is realized
by trimmed and untrimmed pins. It is possible to code the slots on the termination board
according to the module coding. The necessary coding pins are supplied with the
termination boards. The coding pins can also be ordered as accessories,
model number H-CP.
The following table shows the pin assignment between isolated barriers
and termination boards.
