TOOL USE & CARE
1. Do not use the power tool if the Trigger does
not turn it on and off.
2. Do not force the power tool. Use the correct
power tool for your application.
3. Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits
etc. in accordance with these instructions,
taking into account the working conditions
and the work to be performed.
4. Disconnect the plug from the power source
before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing power tools.
5. Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment
or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts
and any other condition that may affect the
power tool’s operation. If damaged, have the
power tool repaired before use.
6. Store idle power tools out of the reach of
children and do not allow persons unfamiliar
with the power tool or these instructions to
operate the power tool.
TOOL SAFETY
1. Avoid Serious Burns. The Soldering Gun
reaches 1135° F. Do not point the Soldering
Gun, or turn yourself toward another person
while soldering.
2. Do not open Soldering Gun. Do not attempt to
open and repair this unit. It must be serviced
by a qualied technician..
3. Do not leave the tool unattended when it is
plugged into an electrical outlet
4. To prevent electric shock, always de-energize
any circuits or wires to be soldered before
making connections and soldering.
5. Keep head out of fumes.
6. Exposure to soldering fumes can increase
the risk of developing certain cancers, such
as cancer of the larynx and lung cancer. Also,
some diseases that may be linked to exposure
to soldering fumes are:
Early onset of Parkinson’s Disease
Heart disease
Ulcers
Damage to the reproductive organs
Inammation of the small intestine or
stomach
Kidney damage
Respiratory diseases such as emphysema,
bronchitis, or pneumonia
7. Never lay the Soldering Gun down where the
heated parts can contact ammable materials
or electrical wires.
8. WARNING: This product, when used for
welding, plasma cutting, soldering, or similar
applications, produces chemicals known to the
State of California to cause cancer and birth
defects (or other reproductive harm). (Califor-
nia Health & Safety Code § 25249.5, et seq.)
9. WARNING: Handling the cord on this product
