Permasteel 80 QT Cooler Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Bottom Shelf

Attach the bottom shelf (H) to the leg frames (G) using bolts (BB).

Step 2: Install Casters

Insert and thread casters (J) and casters with brake (K) into leg frames (G).

Step 3: Attach Cross Member

Attach the cross member (I) to the leg frames (G) using bolts (AA).

Step 4: Attach Side Handles

Attach side handles (C) to the body (D) using bolts (AA).

Step 5: Connect Body and Base

Lift and place the basin assembly (D) on top of the base assembly (G).

Step 6: Attach Accessories

Attach bottle opener (E) and cap catcher (F) to the body (D).

Step 7: Install Lid Knobs and Drain Plug

Re-assemble lid knobs (A) and attach drainage plug (L) to the body (D).
