Charging your sprayer before
use.
Your HD12000 battery
arrives partially charged. We
recommend charging your
unit 6-8 hours before using
the first time.
Priming the pump
When spraying for the first
time, we recommend filling
up the tank with 1oz of dish
soap and 1-gallon of water
through the strainer. Close
the lid and turn the unit on.
Let the sprayer run for at
least 30 minutes. This
primes the spray pump. If
your unit is turning on but not
spraying, it is likely because
the pump is not yet primed.

Your PetraTools Hoses
You have a 130 foot hose that
wraps on the cart. We
recommend applying the
included Teflon tape at hose
connections to help prevent
leak spots.
Connecting your handle
Attach your valve handle to the
hose by screwing the male
thread onto the female thread
clockwise until fully tightened.
Squeeze the trigger to spray
and use the trigger-lock for
extended convenient spraying.
Connecting your
multipurpose wand
Screw your wand onto the end
of the handle tightly, again
using included teflon/plumber's
tape at the connection point.
Your multiple PetraTools
nozzles
Uses: You have multiple
nozzles included with your unit.
Visit www.petratools.com/start
for additional nozzle
attachment selections we will
add over time.
Directions: Attach your nozzle
directly to the end of the wand.
NOTE - Use included PTFE
teflon tape on wand end for all
nozzles before attaching.
After use, follow these instructions:
Run clean water through your sprayer to
remove any chemicals that were used and
drain all liquid from the hose and handle as
much as possible by squeezing the trigger for
several seconds. Do not store any chemicals
in the tank or leave the sprayer in direct
sunlight or freezing temperatures.
Visit www.petratools.com/start for further
cleaning and storage tips. Connect your
sprayer to the charger after each use and
avoid letting your battery get fully depleted or
letting it sit for a long period of time without a
charge (3 months or less).

Reading LED Voltmeter
Lit red and green lights indicate
that the sprayer is charged and
ready. The sprayer voltmeter
will only illuminate with a red
light if battery is low and it
needs to be charged. Plug the
battery into a 110V outlet and
let it charge for 6 - 8 hours. The
voltmeter will activate within the
first 30 minutes of spraying for
the first time.

turn on your sprayer.
Option 1: Use the red power switch to
turn on sprayer with full pressure.
Option 2: Use the silver pressure
