PTFE TAPE: Apply PTFE thread tape (“Plumber’s tape”) to the connecting points on your sprayer.
If you get a leak it can be due to high pressure, no worries, just use the enclosed teflon tape and
you will be all set! Applying PTFE tape liberally around the threaded connections can help
reduce leakage.
(1 roll is provided, but more tape or “plumber’s putty” can be found at your local store or online.)
TIGHTEN CONNECTIONS: Leaking commonly occurs when the nozzle pieces have not been
fully tightened. Connections can come loose over time, so check your nozzle connections and
re-tighten before each use and whenever you switch out your nozzles.
For your convenience, we have included a free line
flush bulb. This bulb helps clear lines and re-prime
your unit after long periods of inactivity. It’s easy to
use - just insert into the hose, valve handle, or wand
and squeeze to force air forward. This will help clear
any blockages and prime the pump.
