Why is my PetSafe Pet Care Product pet getting out?

If your pet is escaping the yard, several factors could be at play. First, the Power Cap® unit in the Computer Collar unit might be dead or weak, requiring a replacement. Ensure the Computer Collar unit fits properly on your pet. Also, verify that the transmitter power supply is correctly plugged in. For issues such as a break in the signal field wire or a signal field that is too narrow, please contact your Invisible Fence® Brand Dealer. If your pet requires additional training, contact your Invisible Fence Brand Dealer for additional pet training.
