What to do if my Petsafe In-Ground Fence Pet Care Product receiver collar is beeping but my pet isn't responding?
    • M
      Margaret ZamoraJul 31, 2025
If the receiver collar is beeping, but your pet isn't responding to the static correction, ensure the static correction level is set to 2 or above. Test the receiver collar with the test light tool while walking toward the boundary wire. If the test light flashes, check how the receiver collar fits. You might need to trim your pet's fur where the contact points touch their neck or increase the static correction level. Repeating training steps can also help reinforce the training. If issues persist, consider purchasing a stronger receiver collar.

Also, ensure the boundary wire isn't running too close to the house and that the boundary wires are twisted from the boundary to the fence transmitter.
