Why are the Power and Loop Indicator Lights off on my Petsafe Pet Care Product?

If the Power and Loop Indicator Lights are off on your Petsafe Pet Care Product, first check that the Power Adapter is properly plugged into the Fence Transmitter. If it is, try plugging it into another 120-volt outlet. If the lights still do not come on, the Fence Transmitter and/or Power Adapter may need to be replaced.
