What to do if the indicator light is flashing rapidly and the rake is at home position in my Petsafe ScoopFree PAL19-14657?

  If the indicator light is flashing rapidly and the rake is at the home position, check the following: * Ensure the waste compartment is not full and replace the litter tray if needed. * Look for any obstructions and remove them. * Make sure the magnets on the waste compartment lid are correctly attached to the litter tray (listen for a 'click'). * Verify the waste compartment lid is properly installed. * Confirm the litter box frame is correctly seated on the litter tray. * Ensure the litter box is placed on a level surface. * Make sure the crystal litter is evenly distributed, without adding extra litter. * Try pressing the manual button to start a rake cycle. The indicator light should turn solid green when the rake returns to the home position.

What to do if the indicator light shows the detection sensors are triggered, but the rake does not start sweeping on my Petsafe Pet Care Product?

  If the detection sensors are triggered, but the rake doesn't start sweeping after the delay, check if the detection sensors are obstructed. Clear any litter or solid waste that may have collected on the detection sensors. You can also press the manual button to stop the flashing and turn the LED indicator light solid green.

  If the indicator light is flashing rapidly and the rake is stopped several inches away from the home position, check for obstructions behind the rake and remove them. You can also press the manual button to return the rake to the home position and turn the LED indicator light solid green.

Why don't the magnets on the waste compartment lid attach to the litter tray on my Petsafe ScoopFree PAL19-14657?

  The magnets on the waste compartment lid may not attach to the litter tray because the waste compartment lid may not be properly installed. Remove and reinstall the waste compartment lid. Alternatively, press down on the waste compartment lid or lift the waste compartment on the litter tray until you hear a 'click', indicating the magnets have attached.
