Keep water level up to prevent pump failure. Ensure at least one inch of water.
Clean pump and fountain parts every 2-4 weeks. Some components are dishwasher safe.
Replace carbon filter every 2-4 weeks and foam filter every 1-2 months.
Disassemble the pump, remove the faceplate, stator, and impeller. Wash with soap and water.
Insert pump into foam filter, set in bowl, feed cord through tube, and secure with silicone cap.
Rinse carbon filter, place in housing, attach tower, and connect power adapter.
Position fountain, fill with water leaving 0.5 inch gap, ensure dry connections before plugging in.
If pet is hesitant, leave fountain unplugged until they are comfortable drinking.
